KLMU offers one of the few opportunities in the Los Angeles radio market for students to gain practical experience in all aspects of radio broadcasting. LMU Radio recognizes a special relationship with the University.
Both KXLU and KLMU are committed to being active and participatory members of campus life and being mainly responsible and responsive to the needs of the LMU community.
KLMU, KXLU's counterpart, is a streaming online resource for students to begin their broadcasting journey and learn what it takes to curate and cultivate their radio show.
