Nancy Pluzdrak, Vice President of Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources at LMU, Nancy Pluzdrak (she/her) provides strategic leadership and direction to the university's Human Resources division. Her oversight encompasses critical areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Organization Development, Employee Relations, Benefits, Payroll, Equal Employment Opportunities, and Title IX.

Nancy holds both an Ed.D. and an MBA from Pepperdine University in addition to a B.A. in Management from the University of Phoenix. She has over thirty years of senior leadership experience, and previously served as the Executive Director of Human Resources in the University of California Office of the President.
